Project Manager for Utility Buildings (m/f/d)

Here’s what you can expect:
- Primary point of contact for cost estimation and project planning of our construction projects in the technical buildings sector
- Cost responsibility for assigned projects with support from the relevant departments
- Cross-departmental coordination of internal processes at the plant
- Coordination of on-site construction work with the client and other stakeholders
- Significant involvement in the preparation and selection of services to be contracted out to subcontractors, with support from the purchasing department in the awarding of bid specifications
- Further development and strengthening of customer relationships
- Possibility of a company car, also for personal use
What you bring to the table:
- A degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in construction/project management is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., VOB)
- Strong communication skills with various internal and external contacts, as well as the ability to persuade
- SAP R/3 user skills would be a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Willingness to travel (on a daily basis)
