Do I still have to fill in a lot afterwards?

No. GREENGANY transfers all details into the right fields automatically. You only check them and publish.

How long is an ad online?

30 days. After that it is deactivated automatically and can be extended at any time. If no application comes in within 30 days, we extend it for free.

How is the GANY score calculated?

From skills, experience and education – calculated by the talent before applying. Talents see which skills count and can check and edit them. You see the same analysis; there is no automatic ranking.

Can I contact talents directly?

Yes, through the talent pool. Active profiles are visible at once; passive ones stay anonymous until the person accepts your request.

Where is the data processed?

The platform and all databases run on servers in France (OVH). For the AI analyses we use Anthropic and Voyage AI in the USA, covered by the EU standard contractual clauses – details in the privacy policy. GREENGANY is GDPR-compliant and built by a team in Hamburg.
