Here’s what you can expect:
As an experienced specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of complex systems:
- Maintenance & Repair: Conducting inspections, maintenance, and complex repairs on production equipment (e.g., formwork, production machinery, etc.)
- Troubleshooting: Systematically identifying and resolving malfunctions in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Assembly & Commissioning: Setting up, installing, and integrating new machines or entire production lines
- Component Manufacturing: Manufacturing of replacement parts or prototypes through manual and machine-based machining
- Quality assurance: Monitoring of manufacturing processes and final inspection of products to ensure compliance with standards
- Orientation & Training: Providing technical instruction to apprentices or new employees, as well as training customers in the operation of the equipment
What You Bring to the Table:
In addition to a completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, the following is expected:
- Work Experience: Several years of practical experience in industrial production or maintenance
- Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in reading technical drawings and circuit diagrams, as well as, ideally, knowledge of control technology (PLC)
- Methodological Skills: Experience in using maintenance software and computer-aided maintenance systems
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team and on rotating shifts
