Here’s what you can expect:
- Ensuring and further developing occupational safety standards
- Advising plant management, executives, and employees on occupational safety and health issues
- Conducting site inspections and providing support in implementing corrective measures
- Assisting with the preparation of hazard assessments, operating instructions, and employee training
- Organizing and conducting ASA meetings, site inspections, and appointments with the occupational physician
- Maintaining and further developing occupational safety software
- Support and consultation on occupational safety and health issues for projects
- Accident analyses and effectiveness reviews
- Design of workstations, workflows, the work environment, and other ergonomics-related issues
- Internal point of contact for occupational safety and health issues
What You Bring to the Table:
- You are a certified occupational safety specialist (m/f/d) qualified to perform duties in accordance with the Occupational Safety Act.
- Ideally, you have already gained cross-industry experience in the fields of occupational health and safety.
- A confident and assured demeanor, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with dedication
- Knowledge of prevention methodologies in occupational safety and health
- Strong affinity for working with new media (digitalization)
- Ability to work well in a team
- You have experience with occupational health and safety management systems in accordance with ISO 45001.
