Here’s what you can expect:

  • Organization and coordination of workflows within the electrical engineering department
  • Providing technical and managerial leadership, as well as scheduling your team’s assignments
  • Management and supervision of electrical work on low- and medium-voltage systems—particularly during the construction and modernization of technical buildings
  • Ensuring work is performed professionally and conducting quality controls
  • Serving as the central point of contact between production management, production planning, and project management for technical and organizational issues
  • Responsibility for structured processes and compliance with occupational safety and legal regulations
  • Tracking and reporting project-related work hours
  • Participation in risk assessments and support for occupational safety, environmental protection, and health and safety
  • Supporting and supervising training in the field of electrical engineering

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed advanced training as a master electrician or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a trade or industrial setting
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant electrical engineering standards and regulations (DIN VDE, IEC, DGUV Regulation 3)
  • Experience in low-voltage systems and, ideally, medium-voltage systems as well
  • Some leadership experience (e.g., as a foreman or team leader) is a plus
  • A structured, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team, assertiveness, and initiative
  • Class B driver’s license
