HVAC Systems Mechanic (m/f/d) for Heat Pumps

You’re excited about these tasks:
You’ll install heat generation systems (heat pumps and district heating) in private households within a 100-km radius of Mannheim, thereby actively contributing to the heat transition.
You’ll integrate heat pump systems hydraulically—including heating circuits and buffer tanks—into new and existing installations.
You’ll handle the commissioning and system testing of the installations, as well as the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
You will coordinate the installation team on-site and manage the workflow there.
You’ll perform functional tests and assist with diagnosing technical malfunctions.
You ensure professional installation, accurate documentation, and smooth project completion at the customer’s site.
You’ll train customers on how to operate the systems.
You’ll take turns participating in paid on-call duty (approximately every 6 weeks: Mon–Fri 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, Sat & Sun 8:00 AM–6:00 PM).
Here’s what will convince us:
A completed apprenticeship in plumbing, heating, and HVAC, heating installation, or a comparable technical trade apprenticeship
Experience in boiler replacement or the installation of heating systems
A good understanding of hydraulics
An independent and organized work style, as well as a friendly demeanor
Class B driver’s license
Willingness to participate in on-call duty
