Are you in the HVAC trade and interested in heat pumps?

Whether you’re currently working on construction sites and want to make the move to an office setting, or you’re already working in planning, with us you can apply and further develop your knowledge in a targeted way.

As part of our in-house team, you’ll independently design systems, work with modern tools, and apply your hands-on experience to the planning process. In this way, you’ll play an active role in shaping sustainable heating solutions for the future.

We’re looking for you to join our team at our Mannheim location immediately, full-time and on a permanent basis, as:

HVAC Technical Planner (m/f/d) for Heat Pumps

You’re passionate about these tasks:

  • You’ll independently plan and design energy-efficient heating systems, particularly heat pumps and district heating solutions
  • You perform heating load calculations in accordance with DIN EN 12831 and use these as the basis for your planning
  • You create structured, transparent technical documentation and design concepts for implementation on the construction site
  • You assess the condition of basements and existing heating systems—both from the office and during on-site visits in the residential customer segment
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Scheduling) regarding technical questions and special cases
  • You will work closely with product management, purchasing, and warehousing to develop suitable solutions, even for individual requirements
  • You efficiently use various digital tools and systems in the planning environment
  • You’ll actively contribute to the further development and optimization of our processes

Here’s what will impress us:

  • Completed vocational training as a HVAC plant mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Further training to become a master craftsman or technician is a plus, but not required
  • Ideally, experience installing heat pumps
  • Some experience in planning is desirable but not required
  • A strong affinity for technology and an interest in working with various digital tools and systems
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Motivation to further your professional development and, in the future, take on a greater role in the office
