Responsibilities

Start
You’ll start by working alongside an experienced colleague on a project.

Your Own Projects
After your training, you’ll take on your own projects.

Sharing
Your Experience As an experienced team member, you’ll mentor new colleagues.

On the Project

• On-site management of large-scale construction and energy projects

• Developing and implementing safety concepts, risk assessments, operating procedures, and training sessions

• Advising clients, construction managers, and project leaders as an equal partner

• Conducting audits, site inspections, and safety meetings

• Working with modern systems: AI-based defect detection, safety dashboards, and our own SAFETEE apps, such as the digital LMRA

Profile

What You Bring to the Table

• Training as an Occupational Safety Specialist (certification per § 7 ASiG) or a degree in safety engineering or engineering

• Professional experience in industry, construction, or the energy sector is welcome; it’s possible to join the company directly after completing your training

• Certification as a Safety and Health Coordinator (SiGeKo) is a plus

• Ability to work independently, customer focus, and a structured approach to work

• Willingness to travel nationwide: Project assignments typically take place on-site Monday through Friday; weekends are yours; Class B driver’s license

• Fluent in German; English is an advantage for international wind energy projects
