Here’s what you can expect:
- Management and organization of staff, as well as coordination of production processes within your area of responsibility
- Managing, coordinating, and supervising external contractors
- Ensuring the timely recording and reporting of material consumption and working hours
- Responsibility for a structured and meaningful reporting system
- Compliance with GRITEC’s quality management system, accident prevention regulations (UVV), and all relevant legal requirements
- Ensuring cleanliness, order, and workplace safety in the assigned area
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training as a precast concrete worker, mason, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, relevant professional experience
- Experience in rebar installation is a plus
- Proficiency in working with component drawings as well as formwork and rebar plans
- Ability to work independently and physical stamina
- Manual dexterity
