GRITEC’s SERVICES division ensures that existing energy, gas, and heating infrastructure remains reliable, safe, and future-proof. Rather than new construction, our focus is on retrofitting, modernization, and sustainable maintenance—an approach that conserves resources, reduces CO₂ emissions, and makes a real contribution to the energy transition. In addition, we offer comprehensive engineering services and support our customers right from the planning stage with safe, future-proof, and sustainable solutions.
Here’s what you can expect:
- You will be responsible for preparing bids and managing orders for the SERVICES division, working closely with the field sales team.
- You will provide expert technical advice to our customers on infrastructure facilities such as GDRMA systems, POP buildings, or local network substations.
- You will confidently coordinate with internal and external partners (customers, plants, suppliers, etc.) to resolve technical and commercial issues.
- You will independently track deadlines and costs for your projects and ensure that they proceed smoothly and on schedule.
- You will actively manage our maintenance and inspection agreements, further develop them, and independently acquire new business.
- You’ll contribute your ideas, help shape processes, and play a role in further developing our service business.
What you bring to the table:
- You have a degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, or industrial engineering and have several years of professional experience. Alternatively, you have completed additional training as a technical specialist (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) with many years of experience in the project and plant business.
- You have in-depth knowledge of project planning and bid calculation using SAP (PS and SD modules).
- You understand complex technical challenges and communicate confidently and in a solution-oriented manner on an equal footing with engineers and technicians.
- You can confidently interpret and apply TABs, technical guidelines, laws, and standards in practice.
- Ideally, you have a business acumen and are familiar with the structures of the energy distribution industry in Germany.
