Among other things, you can expect the following responsibilities:
- Independently processing inquiries, quotes, and orders, including the necessary cost and price calculations
- Clarifying technical and commercial aspects of orders in collaboration with clients or customers as well as internal stakeholders
- Price negotiation and contract review in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions or the VOB
- Processing of bids and specifications, including advising design firms and building owners
- Monitoring ongoing projects from the planning stage through to final acceptance by the building owner
- Preparing technical documentation and factory certificates, as well as coordinating delivery dates
What you bring to the table:
- A successfully completed technical apprenticeship with a corresponding additional commercial qualification, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in customer service or, alternatively, many years of professional experience in this field
- Experience working with technical drawings and bills of quantities
- A high degree of self-motivation
- Business acumen, knowledge of contract law, and SAP experience would be an asset.
- Good working knowledge of SAP/R3 and the MS Office suite
- Persuasiveness and assertiveness
