Here’s what you can expect:
- Commissioning projects, particularly in the field of e-mobility, with customers primarily from the public transit, utility, industrial, and public sectors
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues remotely or on-site at the customer’s location
- Creating and executing service, maintenance, and inspection plans for our installed charging infrastructure
- Replacement of electronic and electrical components as needed
- Performing software updates on-site or remotely in collaboration with our partners
- Technical implementation and independent conduct of customer meetings on-site or remotely toward the end of a project
What you bring to the table:
- You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering and, if applicable, hold a technician or master craftsman certification
- Alternatively, you have experience as a service technician for e-mobility or as a service technician specializing in software
- You work in the field of software programming, particularly in troubleshooting
- You have basic knowledge of power engineering, AC and DC charging technology, as well as basic knowledge of network technology and Modbus TCP/IP communication
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany to support our customers
- For you, a results-oriented and independent approach to work at frequently changing locations is essential for a fulfilling workday
- English language skills for coordinating with our international suppliers
- Possibly knowledge of Mandarin
