Here’s what you can expect:
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll assume strategic responsibility for our product lines in the areas of substations and energy system solutions.
You will shape the long-term product strategy while balancing market requirements, technical feasibility, and regulatory frameworks. In doing so, you will combine electrical engineering expertise with entrepreneurial thinking and ensure clear priorities in the further development of our products.
Your Areas of Responsibility
Strategic Product Management:
- Developing and updating the product strategy
- Defining and managing product roadmaps
- Further development of platform and variant logic
- Market and competitive analysis in the field of transformer stations, medium- and low-voltage distribution systems
- Structured reduction of product complexity to achieve the highest possible degree of standardization and harmonization
Economic Management:
- Economic evaluation of technical variants and further developments
- Determination of investment and development priorities
Management of product development:
- Preparation of product development projects and facilitation within the individual departments
- Structured preparation of decision-making documentation
- Prioritization of requirements in the context of market, technical, and regulatory considerations
- Ensuring clear and transparent decision-making processes
Safety, legal, and regulatory requirements form the binding framework for product development.

What you bring to the table:
Your Profile
Technical:
- Several years of experience in product management in the field of energy technology
- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering
- Ideally, industry knowledge related to energy technology systems: transformer stations, transformers, medium- and low-voltage switchgear
- Experience working with complex capital goods that require detailed explanation
- Knowledge of handling and implementing regulatory and standards-based requirements
- Knowledge in the field of digitalization of energy technology systems is a plus
