The World Forum Offshore Wind (WFO) is the world's leading nonprofit association dedicated to the responsible and rapid expansion of offshore wind energy worldwide.

The WFO is the only global organization focused exclusively on offshore wind energy. As an independent, member-driven platform, the WFO brings together stakeholders from across the entire offshore wind energy value chain to promote market readiness, share best practices, accelerate the implementation of sustainable projects, and strengthen the policy framework. By connecting industry, policymakers, researchers, and civil society partners, the WFO helps establish offshore wind energy as a central pillar of the global energy transition.
