GRITEC’s SERVICES division ensures that existing energy, gas, and heating infrastructure remains reliable, safe, and future-proof. Rather than new construction, our focus is on retrofitting, modernization, and sustainable asset maintenance—an approach that conserves resources, reduces CO₂ emissions, and makes a genuine contribution to the energy transition. In addition, we offer comprehensive engineering services and support our customers right from the planning stage with safe, future-proof, and sustainable solutions.
Here’s what you can expect:
Project and Work Planning
- Preparation of construction sites based on project documentation
- Planning and organizing materials, tools, and equipment
- Ensuring the availability and inspection of tools and installation components
- Checking and ensuring personal protective equipment (PPE) and occupational safety measures are in place
Project and Construction Site Coordination
- Planning and organizing installation operations
- Coordination of installers, vehicles, and work equipment
- Coordinating schedules and workflows with customers, construction managers, and suppliers
- Conducting site inspections, measurements, and acceptance inspections
- Preparation of risk assessments and implementation of occupational safety guidelines
- Training and coordinating installation personnel on-site
Project management and documentation
- Preparing photographic documentation
- Documenting construction sites using timesheets and installation reports
- Recording and documenting defects, as well as unplanned and additional work
- Maintenance of project data and schedules in SAP and other IT systems
- Coordinating project changes with sales and project management
Personnel and departmental organization
- Deputy responsibility for the installation division in Customer Service South
- Planning and managing staff assignments
- Reviewing and approving time sheets and service reports
- Preparation and distribution of work orders
- Organizing material orders and rental equipment
- Planning of site relocations, including cost calculations for crane, truck, and personnel deployment
- Organizing storage and work areas
- Management of tablets, smartphones, and other IT equipment used by technicians
- Coordination with plant and installation management regarding personnel, capacity, and budget
What you bring to the table:
- Successfully completed master craftsman or technician training, for example as:
- Master Mason (m/f/d)
- Construction Technician (m/f/d)
- Construction Foreman (m/f/d)
- or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in construction, installation, or project management
- Experience in leading a team
- A confident and professional demeanor, as well as strong communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to get things done
- An independent and structured approach to work
- A passion for innovation and a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in SAP and standard MS Office applications
- Class BE driver’s license (or the former Class 3)
