Here’s what you can expect:
- In your new role in the electrical engineering internal sales department, you’ll support our customers from the initial inquiry through order processing to the turnkey handover of our technical facilities
- You’ll support our field sales team in preparing quotes and serving our customers across a wide range of industries, such as energy technology
- Together with our order processing center, you’ll handle a wide variety of orders, ranging from standardized products to complex projects
- During order fulfillment, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and coordinate between all relevant departments
What you bring to the table:
- After completing your training as a technician or master craftsman, or earning a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, you have already gained initial experience in customer service or, alternatively, have several years of professional experience in this field
- Thanks to your natural persuasiveness, you can win others over, as this position requires assertiveness and perseverance
- For you, teamwork isn’t just a word—it’s a standard
- You enjoy the freedom to shape your own work and possess a high degree of self-motivation
- Knowledge of contract law and SAP would be an advantage; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
