Here’s what you can expect:
- Coordinating the assembly and completion of turnkey technical buildings made from prefabricated concrete modules
- Responsibility for on-site installation teams of 3 to 5 people
- Supervision and execution of structural and finishing work on technical buildings, both at the factory and on-site
- Installation of building components such as ventilation systems, metal doors, and raised floors, including support structures for building services equipment
- Execution of component joints subject to increased demands (e.g., fire protection, gas-tight) in accordance with technical specifications
- Structural welding work (depending on qualifications)
What you bring to the table:
- Relevant professional experience in a skilled trade and, ideally, advanced training as a master craftsman, foreman, or site foreman
- Vocational training in a primary or secondary construction trade
- Enjoy taking on responsibility and constantly tackling new challenges
- A passion for learning new techniques and trades
- Willingness to be away from home for several days
- At least a Class B driver’s license (formerly Class 3), valid for vehicles up to 3.5 metric tons
