We’re continuing to grow and are looking to strengthen our team at our Schwalbach am Taunus location. We’re hiring you, as a HVAC Supervisor (m/f/d) in the heat pump division, for a full-time, permanent position, starting immediately.

You’re passionate about these responsibilities:
- You’ll play a key role in building and developing the new HVAC teams
- You’ll actively work on the construction site and support your teams in carrying out installation work.
- Together with your teams, you’ll be responsible for installing heating systems as well as the preparation and follow-up work involved in piping, including the installation of water lines.
- You’ll oversee multiple construction sites and ensure that operations run smoothly on-site.
- You’ll serve as the point of contact for your teams and provide support with technical questions and issues.
- You ensure that work is performed correctly and documented.
- You handle customer service complaints and find appropriate solutions.
- You will take turns participating in the paid on-call schedule (rotating weekly: Mon–Fri 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, Sat & Sun 8:00 AM–6:00 PM).
Here’s how you’ll impress us:
- Completed apprenticeship as a plant mechanic for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (SHK)
- Ideally, advanced training as a master craftsman or technician in SHK
- At least 3 years of experience in the installation and commissioning of heat pumps and district heating systems
- Strong technical knowledge and manual dexterity
- Ideally, some experience coordinating construction sites or teams
- Structured and independent work style
- A customer-oriented approach and enjoyment of working as part of a team
- Class B driver’s license
- Willingness to take responsibility for multiple construction sites and teams and to participate in on-call duty
