Wind Energy Asset Manager

Full-time (or part-time by agreement)

What to Expect

  • You’ll coordinate and manage collaboration with technical operations managers, OEMs, and consultants
  • You will review, organize, and manage the as-built documentation and ensure the long-term technical quality of the assets
  • You will monitor and oversee the technical fault and maintenance management of our wind energy plants, including performance and cost control as well as reporting
  • You will identify technical risks early on, conduct risk assessments, and continuously improve our processes
  • You will develop optimization measures to increase availability, revenue, and plant performance
  • You plan and conduct inspections, audits, and HSE checks at our wind farms during the construction and operational phases
  • You will monitor compliance with technical contracts, permits, regulatory requirements, and deadlines
  • You will support acquisition and development projects through technical evaluations and market analyses

What You Bring to the Table

  • A degree in engineering or a master craftsman/technician certification with relevant additional qualifications in the MV/HV sector
  • Several years of professional experience in technical asset management, project development, or project implementation for wind farms
  • Knowledge of the technical, economic, and legal framework conditions for wind energy projects
  • Experience collaborating with technical plant operators, OEMs, or maintenance companies
  • Project management and coordination skills in complex technical environments
  • Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and clear and professional communication
  • A structured, organized, and solution-oriented approach to work with a strong focus on quality and results
