Your Responsibilities
For our heavy-lift team, we’re looking for dedicated crawler crane operators (m/f/d) who are ready to contribute to major infrastructure and industrial projects throughout Germany. Do you want to work with high-performance crawler cranes, take on responsibility, and reliably drive projects forward? Then you’ve come to the right place.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible operation, care, and maintenance of the crawler crane entrusted to you
- Reliably and properly carrying out all assignments and project tasks
- Compliance with all legal requirements and company safety standards
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and representing Schmidbauer to our customers
What you bring to the table:
- Willingness to travel frequently for various large-scale projects throughout Germany
- Technical understanding and a passion for complex crane technology
- Initial experience as a crawler crane operator (m/f/d)—preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently combined with a genuine team-oriented approach
- Reliability, conscientiousness, flexibility, and a strong sense of punctuality
- A cautious and meticulous approach to work, especially in the heavy-lift sector
- Good written and spoken German
