In-House Counsel / Fully Qualified Attorney (m/f/d)
Your future responsibilities with us
As part of the legal department, you’ll independently advise the project development team on all legal matters related to the planning, development, and implementation of wind, solar, and battery storage projects in Germany
Your work will focus on civil and commercial law
You will support the project development team primarily with issues related to contract law, renewable energy law (EEG), as well as planning, permitting, and environmental law
Your Profile
You are a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with above-average exam results and the drive to contribute to the energy transition
You have a good understanding of economic contexts and enjoy interdisciplinary work with different departments
You enjoy working in a team, are communicative, responsible, self-reliant, and results-oriented
