From concrete production to painting and plastering, metal fabrication, and electrical installation, you’ll be involved in every stage of production and work closely with the respective departments. In doing so, you’ll play a key role in ensuring and continuously improving our quality standards throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Quality Control & Complaint Management
You will handle internal and external customer complaints and ensure both system-based and physical resolution. Through your analytical skills, you will ensure quality control and play a key role in error analysis as well as in defining and monitoring corrective measures.
Process Optimization
Together with your team, you’ll work on continuously improving our processes and workflows—to achieve greater efficiency and even better quality.
Audits & Documentation
You’ll be actively involved in preparing for and conducting internal and external audits, and you’ll be responsible for documenting and analyzing quality data. With your experience in complaint management using the 4D and 8D methodologies, you’ll serve as the point of contact for all quality-related matters within the company.
Failure Analysis & Corrective Actions
You will assist in identifying sources of error, derive appropriate corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Solid training and experience in quality management
You have completed a business or technical apprenticeship and have solid experience in quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001. In addition, you are thoroughly familiar with relevant standards and core tools such as 8DReport, Ishikawa, 5-Why, and FMEA.
